Return and Refund Policy for Electronic Gallery Dubai

Thank you for shopping at Electronic Gallery Dubai. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy covers our process for returns and refunds, with specific provisions for our pre-owned mobile phones.

Returns

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Returned with proof of purchase.
• Returned within the original packaging for new items. Pre-owned mobile phones will not include the original packaging but must be returned with any accessories or complimentary items provided at the time of sale.

Pre-Owned Mobile Phone Warranty

All pre-owned mobile phones sold by Electronic Gallery Dubai come with a 3-month warranty, covering any defects or malfunctions not caused by user damage. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 3 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
